Elyse Nash-Ferry

Prior to becoming a psychologist, Elyse accrued over a decade of dedicated experience working closely with children and young people. Her roles included dance coaching and providing education and behaviour support for children and adults. Additionally, Elyse served as an assessment coordinator, conducting developmental assessments and adaptive behaviour assessments for young children with autism and intellectual disability. Elyse has worked across a range of settings including clinic, educational, and community settings.

Elyse holds a Master of Teaching (Secondary) from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology from Monash University. During her university practicum placements, she engaged in individual and group therapy, alongside conducting educational, cognitive, and autism assessments within educational and community environments.

Prior to transitioning to private practice, Elyse worked as a school psychologist at an independent K-12 school, where she developed a deep understanding of supporting students across various developmental stages.

Outside of her work, Elyse is an avid "Swiftie" and enjoys spending time with her young family and exploring the local beaches and community.
