Individual Therapy

Elyse provides individual therapy to teens and young people aged 13-25 years. Elyse is also able to support younger children (ages 5+) and parents.

Committed to fostering positive, collaborative relationships, Elyse approaches her work with a playful and engaging demeanour with children, while maintaining an approachable rapport with teens and young people. As a mother herself, she engages with parents with deep compassion and understanding of the challenges inherent in parenting.

In her practice, Elyse utilises evidence-based approaches, drawing from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
